Fired up the chip pan and had homemade beer battered cod and onion rings plus DIY skin on chips.

First weekend out in the camper since lockdown, was going to be chicken and prawn fajitas.
Had fish chips and mushy peas from takeaway
Cherry gin and tonic.

E - 4 course later of cook at home from my local restaurant. It was absolutely top class. Folium in Birmingham if you’re in the area, it absolutely brilliant.
D - Grosset Polish Hill, a lovely, dry, crisp white wine.
