I have a recipe that i like to bake, divide and freeze.

At the moment I use cling film for each portion, which is quite time consuming and fiddly as well as not being reusable.

I was wondering whether I could cut into portions and store in layers in a tub with greaseproof paper between them.

I'd then need something bag like that is reusable/washable to go in my pocket (don't fancy a plastic pot).

Anyone got any suggestions?

I cut mine up, put in a tuberware and put a piece of greaseproof paper between layers (like you said).

Then wrap in a piece of foil to take on a ride. works a treat... you could use waxed food wraps if you wanted something reusable.

You could do that. Once they're frozen they won't stick together, so you can freeze them like that, or just on the tray if you have space, then chuck them in a bag/box in the freezer to save space.

I'm yet to find anything better to transport them in. I usually use foil which is at least recycled (theoretically), or reuse one of the resealable bags we buy nuts in from Aldi.
