The builder just rang me up to say he's gone through the incoming water supply at home & when he fixes it, shall he put a tee in before the meter & run it to an obscure location in the garden then re-bury the in-coming pipe.
Honesty or free water for a v big garden?
So the dilema is:
Do you commit theft or not.
Shouldn't the answer be simple either way ?
