Hi Again, I'm looking into building a coastal based web forum/ message board for holidaymakers.
Ideally this should be free and also easy to set up for a newbie into forum set ups.
Any ideas and suggestions are much appreciated.

doesn't get much easier than phpbb, you will have to pay for hosting though, but some hosts might even have installers for it
