Kind of on the back of the Craig Breen thread, I started following Frank Kelly and his Mk2 Escort during lockdown as he did a good rebuild series.

He's an on the edge tailhappy driver that makes great viewing;

I noticed yesterday that he and his daughter (navigator) had a big off and BabyBlue was totalled. Very lucky.

I was thinking the other day I hadn't watched a Frank Kelly video for a while. I've been in an end over end rally accident but not as savage as that. It's not nice when it happens. Shame about Baby Blue but I'm pleased they are OK.

Ooof, that was nasty. Love the little "oh shit" from the navigator as they left the road 🙂

Looking at that the first thing I think is how well built that car was. For all it went through everything did exactly what it needed to and the cabin was pretty much intact.

Glad they're both okay.

For sale, escort shell, needs a little resto. No lowballs, I know what I've got

This is peak Frank Kelly, I'd love to see him having a go at outright drifting.

Worth watching right to the last second to see how shredded those tyres are at the end of stage!!!
