Just replaced the seals in my fox float shock £17 from mojo for the kit sure it was 15 squid last year and 12 the year before. Maby treading on holy ground by asking this but is there a cheaper alternative? My sons and i all run fox floats and it mounts up changing 3 sets of seals.
Not that I know of.
but tell me what would you think reasonable to pay,
if say £15 you were happy, then a saving of £6/year on seals dosent really add up to a lot or am I being unreasonable
Maby £17 is ok for a hand full of rubber rings but seemed a lot when i bought 3 sets together. I recently got a pack of 12 top quality nitrile o rings for my spray gun for under £2 posted so the cost of the material obviously isn't very much.
the cost of the material obviously isn't very much.
but then MOJO have to sperate the seals out into packs, keep them on a shelf, employ staff to answer questions/take orders, post them etc etc etc.
If they're making that much money why not order them from elswhere and compete with MOJO?
thats what i was thinking, but thought if someone else had already done it, it would save me bagging up all those o-rings into tiny zip-loc bags! 😕
anyone else got any ideas for alternative supply of seals?
