Driving home late yesterday afternoon (after a glorious weekend of mountain biking in Wester Ross) we noticed loads of folk with cameras who seemed to be waiting for something coming over the rail bridge. Any idea what that something was?

I think I heard a steam train on the line at Linlithgow yesterday - they are quite common in summer so I've stopped noticing them properly.

EDIT - details: http://www.srps.org.uk/railtours/rt-130616.htm

You've not heard of Tornado?

Its one of the most remarkable stories of volunteer action in the modern age! To wikipedia with you and don't come back until you've read it all. There will be a test!
