Cool - Surprised it doesn't bog down through lack of torque. Wonder if they filled the tyre with something heavy to act as a flywheel to maintain the power once you start cutting?

cement, probably - great flywheel effect and no punctures.

Postcrete would be good - seat one bead put it in dry pour some water in and put the bead back on and spin the wheel to mix.
