A spinach, celery, banana, pear, almond and almond milk smoothie made in one of these bad boys - pure design brilliance:

It was actually very very tasty and because my ileostomy means I can't eat crunchy veg and nuts very easily means I get all the delicious nutrients in an easy to drink liquid form...

That sounds like something you'd be fed if Gillian Mackeith was running a prison

*goes back to munching cheese on toast*

Binners you ba5tard, why did you have to go and mention cheese on toast of all things? I've already had my slice quota for the day 🙁

FTR I've also had an orange/pear/apple/carrot juice made in one of these bad boys .

Porridge and a mug of tea here, but going out in a minute for second breakfast / elevenses, no doubt a traditional Spanish breakfast of coffee and toast with tomato + olive oil:

Cappuccino from the Delonghi bean to cup maker I just bought as I got a bonus from work. Very nice it was too. Now sitting in the dentist's waiting room having just been told I need a crown, £500 for a gold one, gah!

That fry up is annoying me. Should have all the sausages in the same place.

EDIT - oh, and four hard boiled eggs, 2 espressos.

You've not been paying attention, it's things we'd like or plan to eat.

A cup of coffee and a satsuma, my darling fiancée had finished all the milk before I got down to the kitchen.

Nutribullet "It even bursts open seeds, cracks through stems, and shreds tough skins to get the most out of your fruit and vegetables"

Glad it works for your condition, but I have a dislike of this juicing fad, as solid foods aren't all too much of a challenge to eat, and our body processes them differently to liquid calories...

Oh wells...

Big bag full of McDonalds for me for breakfast.
As ever with a McD's breakfast, I'm hungry again half an hour after eating it 😯

Coffee, a couple of 'nanas and an apple today. Porridge & yoghurt most days. Fry up at least once a month.

Tend to skip lunch if I've had porridge as it really does keep me fuelled till late afternoon. trying to stick to around 1600 calories a day at the mo*

*failing

@DrP - Food for thought (pun sort of intended). Trouble is anything remotely crunchy just pops out looking pretty much as it did on the way in so things need to be cooked to death thus losing a lot of nutrients anyway.

Interesting stuff though - thank you.

Had my normal porridge with banana and raisins, with two large glasses of water. Got a salad for lunch too. #virtuous

(I may have just eaten two donuts.)

Porridge with sultanas, whole milk and syrup. Yum. Washed down with a glass of orange juice (WITH bits and NOT from concentrate), then followed by a crumpet with Marmite and peanut butter and a cup of tea.

Might have an egg-based lunch methinks...

Coffee and toast at the crack of dawn when my shift started - the latter comprised of equal thicknesses of bread and butter.

Elevenses - Scrambled eggs Mexican-style, with peppers, chilli, spring onion and coriander.

cut myself three thick and uneven slices of wholemeal bread, toasted. One with olive based spread, one with almond nut butter the other local honey. One mug of tea, followed by one mug of Earl grey. Normally, a shit to follow but I don't eat that! 😀

Muesli, yoghurt, fruit, green tea as always on a weekday.
I believe the breakfast at Hawksmoor is ideal for weekends: [img] [/img]
