Because the logistics of supporters and nations needing to find tickets and accommodation at a few days notice is impossible. The only changes will be for injury/suspension. Southgate's game plan is (and always has been) to keep the ball and only pass to feet, no forward runs into space despite the team having no attacking threat whatsoever. They fluked a win last night but more of the same against Switzerland and they'll get hammered
