Feeling fine today but at about 6.30 my stomach started turning circles, i had a picolax episode (twice) and since then have been hunched up in bed with a weird taste in my mouth. Any ideas?

Had food poisoning once, was on the toilet (both ends) every 25-30 minutes for 12 hours. Awful.

You're poorly enough to be telling strangers on the net you've been a bit poopy?

I think you'll be fine, and should go to work tomorrow.

Lobster in Cuba. My only relief came from knocking myself out on the toilet bowl.

I was out once and felt it building in my stomach after some dodgy fish, got in the car to rush home made it to my street and then when I got out of my car I exploded from both ends in front of 2 very unimpressed ladies...

This continued for about 12 hours (but in the comfort of my house with no one watching)

Seems like a longish gestation but salmon and cream cheese, pre packed I assume, is a high risk item. Doubt the EHO will look much beyond that, where did you buy it?

4 hour flight from Moscow to Paris on Aeroflot filling sick bags while sweating like a pig. Straight to the next job which was at the Triton Palace Hotel Versailles which has a Gordon Ramsay Michelin starred restaurant and in 2 days I ate 2 dry bread rolls. Fortunately was only coming out one end!

If work canteen then they should have full traceability or at least decent records for production. At the best they should have stored samples either in their own kitchen or from their supplier. Report it to them and the EHO at your local council.
