Uncooked pasta is terrible. Cooked pasta is too soft. What's the plan?

Sticky rice would work best. You could do it with fish. You'd need to wrap it in something to stop it falling apart. Maybe a vegetarian option with cucumber, might need something to spice it up a little bit.

you're going to need something in there to hold it all together in the shape of a bar.

bake off in oven till browned n crispy .

Where are you baking it off to?....

(sorry, this REALLY grates on me. It's bake, not bake off. It's fry, not fry off.)

?

Something that sets, like eggs or a sauce. At the moment it's some kind of pasta bake, crumble hybrid. Either way it won't hold as a bar.

It bound together ok ,but very bland in taste needs stronger flavours.

Perhaps a cheese topping ?

Tastes nice

American flap jack recipe

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon margarine, softened
Directions

Mix together flour, sugar, salt and baking soda in a bowl. In another bowl, beat together eggs, milk, vanilla, vegetable oil and margarine. Mix together dry ingredients into egg mixture; mix until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using just about 1/4 cup for each flapjack.
When small air bubbles and golden brown edges start to appear, flip and brown both sides
