I came here to recommend eggs chopped up in a cup, but I don't think it applies in this situation.
Although my Nana would still have recommended giving it a go.
I got to thinking that if there was a pneumatic component to the AirPods, they could be inflated to match the ear canal.
Apple Cider Vinegar. It works for everything else so worth a go.
Cod liver oil. The proper stuff, not the 'cheating' capsules. You have to taste it.
