The Flying Scotsman is running from York to Edinburgh today.
It would be a lovely day to go and see it.
However, they no longer post the timetable to "deter trespassers", which seems a bit shit.
I have no intention of trespassing, I would just like to go and stand on a bridge near me and watch it go through.
Does anyone have any idea of the timetable? Particularly between Alnmouth and Berwick?
Check social media, it was easy to work out times when it was on the West Somerset railway last year as they had private security on most bridges, no waiting zones & spectator car parks along the route past the Quantocks.

Just checked realtimetrains.co.uk, it's due through Alnmouth at 17.34 and Berwick at 18.11. Its also got a scheduled  30 minute wait in the goods loop just north of Berwick Station until 18.48 so might be a good place to see it.

It went past the office on Thursday, we are level with the track and about 20 metres away.
Got it coming through Chathill Station.
