Got mine redone in March. Think it was £850 I paid for living room, hallway, box room and kitchen. Look lush.

Oh and that also included some of the old boards needing replaced. Pretty bloody good price I thought!

just had 2 quotes in manchester. For sanding, priming, lacquering - one quote £15 per sq mtr the other £20 sq mtr. Filling gaps extra, price depending on how they are filled. sawdust / glue mix cheapest, slither of pine wedged between boards most expensive. means cost for reasonable size hall, loung, dinner (biggish 3 bed victorian terrace) will be £600 - £900 depending who I use and how many gaps I've got (not had carpet up yet so no idea!!)

£215 for 11sqm of oak wood-block flooring including some filling, in Manchester. Took the guy a day and a half over a BH weekend - Did an amazing job. Happy to recommend if you're local.

About £30 for a belt sander and a bit more for some spare belts. Done 2 rooms perfectly like that.
