As the government and the Environment Agency has not excelled in the their handling of the current (and previous) flooding in the southern part of the UK especially in the Somerset levels; they must be worried about the amount of floating voters for the next election!

Their vote has been sinking for some time though; they think they can be bouyed up by cheap gesture-politics, but I think that the tide has turned for them now.
Turning the ship around is going to be hard in this party, but they need to all pull the oars together etc etc.
