Just been chatting with someone who complained of picking up some lables left all over trees a couple of weeks back on the west coast, and made me realise a couple of years back, I also collected similar labels outside my house and locally.
It is this chap. In the name of art he is clearly leaving labels (litter) on all sorts of places.
