Anyone recommend a paint on type sealant for a felt flat roof that has a small leak?

Acrapol

Its a fibre reinforced acrylic.

It's not bad stuff to eek a roof out.

https://www.acrypolproducts.co.uk

Theres a few producers with different names all very similar

I've used this on our flat garage roof after it started leaking:

Really good stuff but nasty to work with.. buy a cheapo brush and just bin at the end of it.. it's really thick soup like stuff but works a treat. The small pot (linked) doesn't go that far so if you've got a large area to cover get the big'un.

Thanks guys.
Can you remember roughly what kind of area the small pot covered please?
Anyone else have anything to recommend please?

Not cheap but will buy you years more service. Worth coating the whole flat roof. - https://www.tufftechpro.co.uk/

Tech guys are very helpful if you give them a ring.

Tech specs says that 1-2kg covers 1m²

I used Cromapol which is similar to Acrypol and others. Nasty sticky stuff and you’ll chuck the brush away after but it held off a replacement roof for a couple of years.

The problem is that often where you see a leak inside is nowhere near where it’s coming through the felt, and whatever board is underneath can soak up quite a bit too.

Isoflex

Did my houses flat roof last year, tenants haven’t mentioned the issue again, after this was recommended by a friend (You can get it from b&q)

Used the stuff linked to above from Screwfix this morning.
I know where the leak is coming from. Same place it came from last time. A crack in a joint that's been repaired before.
Seems pretty good stuff lets see how long it lasts.
👍

I used both Acropol and Flexacryl in the past. Basically they have glass fibre strands in the paint, from memory they will ‘bridge’ a 10mm gap. Very good for a repair
