Can I team a striped t shirt with camo shorts?

I know there’s a lot going on but the shorts have lots of pockets and the all essential belt loops to attach my wallet chain to.
I also have lots of striped t shirts and don’t want to go shopping for plain.

Flashy would have said no but I’m hoping for a ok from the rest of you.

If the objective is to find a mate, probably not helpful.  If the objective is to stand out then might work well!  Horizontal or Vertical Stripes?

Satorially the wallet chain is probably more of an offence.

If you're asking on here for for sartorial advice you're already in trouble. If you're then asking about pairing camo combat shorts with a chain wallet and, well anything, then you're in even more trouble. At this point do what you want, you're clearly not a fashionista so it doesn't matter.

Horizontal stripes and it’s more of a dog lead clip than an actual biker wallet chain.

Some black etnies or similar skate shoes too, do you still have a mohawk and wrap around sun glasses?

Monday mornings are when my mean streak is at it's peak 😉

Vertical stripes I would have said ok as it could give a Paul Smith vibe (STW acceptable), horizontal lines may depend on your “physique”?

It's fine. Solid look I believe. Have you also got a sturdy pair of outdoor shoes to match this with? Sandals ok too. Avoid all white 'youth' trainers though. Not practical, nor on-look.

Are you a commando, crawling on your belly in the undergrowth, stalking the enemy with a high powered rifle?

No? Then camouflage isn't required.

Hope that helps 🙏

You can wear what you like Comrade. Cam cream isn't optional though.

Horizontal or Vertical Stripes?

Horizontal stripes aren't stripes, they're hoops. As any Reading / Celtic / QPR supporter would tell you.

Horizontal stripes, or hoops are always in. Jean Paul Gaultier can't be wrong for all these years.

You don’t need camo shorts to have lots of pockets, most of my shorts with lots of pockets are plain black from Route One, the skate shop. They do camo ones as well, if you feel like it. I generally don’t do stripes, though.

I’m certain not one to offer sartorial advice, though, as a 71 yo pensioner, who happily wears cargo shorts, ex-army Meindle desert boots, and sleeveless tee shirts or tank tops.
I am, though, taking steps to start riding again, one bike is booked in for a complete overhaul, to be followed by the other two close behind, so appropriate protection needs to be aquired.
Watch this space…
