Need to organise bikes in back of van. Want to put a false floor over the whel arches - so bikes will go on top - strapped down to the lashing rings, other stuff under. Wondering how to secure the wooden frame for this to the non ply lined van?

Does it matter what I screw into (obvs avoiding the skin!)
You can pilot hole screw into the ribs on the inside of a pilot van.
Fix into any of the ribs (make sure theres not electrics behind and use a shortish drill bit do that you don't leave a nice pimple on the outside of the van when). Perhaps use pop rivets instead of screws - the metal is pretty thin and you've barely got one thread of the screw catching it - so screws can work loose fairly easily.
