Just got some Five Ten EPS (online) in the same size as my approach shoes (bought in store) but they feel a bit snug but not painful and the length is spot on. Doe they tend to loosen up a bit?
I am worried if I size up they will feel a bit sloppy which I imagine is not good when using them for riding? Always used SPDs so never had five tens before.

They give a little bit but not as much as trainers. I've just got some new ones and went 1/2 a size up as even after 2 years, my old ones are a bit snug around the toes.
