running firefox, need to download adobe flash player for work.
have allowed the download Adobe player, yer each time i try to use it it says "you must download player". if i click on the download button my computer says that i've already downloaded it....
any help appreciated.

This seems to work for some people
1) [url= http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html ]Uninstall Flash[/url]
2) Close all firefox windows
3) Install the latest version of flash player.
4) Restart windows
