Can anybody advise how I can find the address of the owner of a nearby rental property?
I've done a land registry search which has revealed his name, but at the property address, and further searches of the public electoral role have not shown a current address. I know he lives in the locality.
Any suggestions?
(in case anyone wonders, the tenants of said property are causing problems and I would like to know the owners address in order to park several large vans on the access to his driveway and see how he enjoys being unable to get in or out of his drive)
Thanks!

Surely you need to take this up with the tenants?
I think the landlord *is* responsible for what happens in his(/her) property wrt noise etc.
What the tenants get up to in public, probably less so.
Many tenancy agreements have clauses about not causing nuisance to neighbours.
Worth ringing up a few local letting agents to see if the property is on their books?

You might fail to see it, but legally they are.
