You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
Ages ago for some reason I bought some shares through Primary bid (they tanked), today I got an email saying they are closing the website and I have to go "through your broker or wealth manager".
There isn't much in my account but more than I am happy to lose however I've no flipping clue what this means and how to go about moving them. I have a H/L Account which is says is a preferred partner but I cant for the life of me find any way to transfer from one to the other.
Figured there's lots of people more in the know than I am floating round here so perhaps you'd know.
Thanks
I got that and it went to spam box is it genuine?
You have an a/c with HL so...call them to discuss.

The lines are closed when I have time to dedicate to it.
This seems relevant. I did something similar a few months ago and the HL documentation was pretty good.

Primary bid wasn't on their drop-down options when I tried that earlier, maybe I'd be better doing it on paper.
