70 today,
fair few to choose from.
Queen Jane.
Blind Willie McTell.
The Hurricane, bit obvious I know but I just like it.
youre a big girl now..
Idiot wind
"he coulda been champeeeeeeeen of the woooooorld"
My feelings entirely, muppet, shouldn't be but it is.
Too hard to say. Not sure I could even narrow it down to one album to be honest. 'Oh Mercy' 'Slow Train Coming' 'Blood on the Tracks' 'Bringing It All Back Home' all classics.
Desolation Row
Shelter From the Storm (if I have to pick)
Most of the Time - little known, cracking lyrics, no sign of Bob doing it on youtube though.
And these two, performed by Hendrix
Joey, a classic song from a classic album - Pre 1970's Dylan was a bit rubbish I reckon.
Times they are a Changin'
Blowin in the wind is quite appropriate given the wider goings on in the world
I Shot The Sheriff
There's a Bob Dylan special on Radio 6 Music at 9pm.
"It's Alright, Ma (I'm Only Bleeding)" from Bringing It All Back Home.
Only fairly recently discovered this album. Amazing.
Hendrix version of All Along the Watchtower - now we're talking. Dylan was a much better songwriter than performer.
Mr. Tambourine Man for me... 🙂
Desolation Row
At the moment I'm enjoying "Forever Young"
Tangled up in blue
Too many to choose from. All would come from pre "shot of love" for me.
Enjoyed his live stuff, Budokan, Hard Rain, Before the flood.
Saw him in Earls court many years ago (or his white face and top hat from that far back)
As many have said- far too many to choose from and my favourite track changes regularly
Probably Mr Tamborine Man right now
He used Aust Ferry just down the road from me 🙂
