You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
On ebay, I sold an item, it wasnt delivered.
Fair enough, I go to refund, and find I cannot add money to my account via my card, but have to do a bank transfer, which I cannot do as I havent got a card reader.
Now, the buyer is getting a bit jumpy, as I said I'd refund yesterday.
I need £10 in my account pretty sharpish.
Would someone be kind enough to receive a payment from me, then make a slightly smaller payment back to me - I'll send £15, you return £11.50, enough for a pint as thanks?
It cant be done as a refund back to me, it has to be a payment, as otherwise it'll be refunded direct to my card.
Yes, Paypal is shite.
And no, this isnt some Nigerian scam!
Thanks
Alan.
just click refund and the money will be taken from your bank account. if your bank account is not on the paypal database it will charge your card that is on your PayPal account.
Tried that, it said I havent got sufficient funds in my Paypal account, and need to add money, which takes me to a direct debit (5 to 7 days) or a Bank Transfer, which I cant do as I havent got the RBS reader.
I'll help out. Email in profile
Thanks Chris, I've mailed you.
I've used card readers from other banks before...
What a nice guy Ashy is - thanks a lot.
