Hmmm IME boob ops show some other underlying issues around self confidence etc...
Do you have kids? If not then seriously think about waiting as babies affect boobs and boob jobs means no boob feeding for baby 😯 which some experts think may have long term affects on the psycological well being of the baby.
Every relationship I know of (incl' my first wife) has failed after the boob job.
My basic rule now = IF they want cosmetic surgery (and particularly if they want you to pay for it) THEN run a mile and find someone sane (sorry OP)

I've dated a few girls with enhanced baps, I don't mind the way they feel and they do look good if they're well done.
However, the last one fell into the "mentally damaged" bracket, she never missed an opportunity to proclaim how she had had the boob job "for herself, not anyone else"... to the point that me thought she protesteth FAR too much...

A former colleague of mine invested in a pair for his girlfriend. Very soon afterwards her confidence increased to the point where she left him and moved in with her boss. It is worth mentioning though that even when she had been enhanced he was still easily the biggest tit in the house.

No it's (allegedly) a lottery... dated 1 girl with great boobs, said her first kid had enhanced them, the 2nd robbed them and the 3rd returned them 🙄
So it's a bit like investments - rates can go up or down; it's a bit of a gamble.

An ex of mine had it done and her nipples are permanently like a blind cobblers thumb, not great when you are meeting and greeting business clients so always looking for ways to cover them up which seems a bit of an oxymoron.

my crazy ex has fake boobies, they just look weird, she does look better with them with clothes on, but when the clothes come off they look odd, they also feel odd to the touch. She got them to help with body confidence issues, along with body building she now has a slamming body but if anything the extra male attention it brings through instagram & a certain fetish website has increased the level of crazy.

One of the instructors at my local gym had hers done a few years ago and is still with her current partner. There proper beauties and as mentioned before gives a permanent nip on. I've dated a couple of women who've had implants. First one was a lass who'd had a couple of kids and wanted to wind back the clock so to speak, it wasn't for any potential partner but for her. Regardless of what anyone thought of her OEM boobs, it was her body and he's happy with the results.
Second lass had them at the behest of a previous partner. To me that was something quite obscene, no-one's perfect and I'd never put anyone under the knife at my own whim. I expected her to be needy and damaged, but she was quite together and offered in passing offered to have her boobs restored. I declined - why should I have any say whatsoever in the matter? I believe she did return to her natural size eventually, hopefully a decision she reached of her own accord.
I suppose in a roundabout way I'm saying that I certainly wouldn't alter my body surgically to fit either the whims of society or a partner, but women seem to have a harder time in this respect. The reaction of a lot of fellow blokes on here depresses me.

That's another definite problem. The girl I mentioned that rides with us regularly, she probably only went up 2 or 3 cup sizes (from seemingly not very much at all) so isn't out of proportion at all, but even through her normal clothes (let alone lycra!) you could hang your coat on them...

Pretty much my experience too. Breast size really isn't that important, and given how much they vary in size (WAY more than other physical attributes like height, hand size, foot size etc.) it's a ridiculously crude way of judging someone. My ex would have killed to even fill an A cup to be fair, she was jealous of 12yr old boy's pecs! She resigned herself to never being able to afford a boob job (and that it probably wasn't wise to put herself in financial difficulty to obtain one), and thought outside the box a little. She was quite a compulsive sort, so one day decided to get her nipples pierced, and having done so she was all of a sudden much happier and more confident with her physical appearance, even though this was something tiny that most people would never ever see... It's funny how the mind works eh, how something so insignificant can either knock or boost your confidence massively, when nobody else would even take a second guess.

Indeed. I [i]think[/i] the best a chap can do is to (in vogue expression!) note his privilege in not being subject to anything like the same kind of pressures, assure anyone who asks that she looks entirely acceptable without surgical modification but that it is of course entirely up to her what she does with her own bits, and then just butt out.
My other half had a double mastectomy after cancer, and wears fake outside boobs, just to conform to what society expects, it makes me sad when people just focus on them not the person.

Personally never understood why you would have surgery for any body part except for "proper" reasons mastectomy, cleft pallet, etc - i did meet someone who had a labiaplasty as she didn't like the shape of it down there - the world is a mad, mad place

Apparently she used to be a bit "lippy" down there as she'd ridden horses a lot since a child (apparently a link??). I didn't see things before, but quite frankly, it was all a bit "tidy" down there. I'd have preferred things au natural...

My Misses had a tummy tuck a couple of years after having our son; he'd been an emergency C-section and she'd 'scaring' issues which bloated her.
Flatten her stomach made her boobs bigger 🙂
