I was meant to receive a parcel on Wednesday, I have no idea where yodel delivered it other than not to me.
Bit pissed as I had another parcel for delivery on Today and Yodel screwed that one up as well, I can collect from the depot 50 miles away!!! there is a closer depot but apparently they can't do anything about moving it between the depots.
Anyway first issue, I contacted the seller on Thursday and am waiting for a proper response. Obviously I am now out of pocket and have nothing. How long is fair to allow the Seller to investigate etc. before I start looking at how I get my money back?
And what is the f****** point in a courier firm if they can't deliver!
Check the wheelie bin, your roof, bushes in the front garden, bushes in your neighbours garden. You could try contacting a tarot card reader if this fails.
Check all similar addresses in a 100mile radius.
By similar i mean share a letter.
Get on to the seller. It's their responsibility to ensure delivery, not yours.

A colleague of mine once had a package left in his BBQ when he wasn't home. I can't remember which delivery company it was however.
