Due to a delightful residents parking scheme that means I won't be able to park in my street I need to extend my concrete sectional garage in length to fit car and bikes in. A nice new garage would be best but I haven't got the cash for that.

Has anyone added extra sectional garage panels onto an existing sectonal garage?

Anyone got any spare panels in Lancashire/ Cumbria/Yorkshire

as it's a permanent structure you may need to obtain planning permission.

as its probably next to your boundary you'll probably need to obtain planning permission.

Id build a lean-too off the gable end for bike storage.

I've checked and as long as I don't go above a certain height etc I won't need planning or building regs. The question is just whether its easy enough to add some more sectional panels and lengthen the garage?

You will have to change the corner uprights. They have slots at 90 degrees to each other whereas the uprights in the walls have their slots at 180 degrees.

As suggested above probably best to build a shed lean to on the back.

You can buy whole concrete garages for under £200 so as long as you go for a similar design it should be quite easy.
