Has anyone done this? I'm trying to plot a route on the swiss free mapping but it use KML? I'm struggling to convert it to a gpx, anyone have any ideas? ta muchly

Are you using Swiss Mobility ? There are online rescources to convert between KML and GPX (I think)

Open mtb has free maps for all countries including contours, I have the Swiss downloads suitable for garmin so if that helps...

Should be pretty straightforward to convert with one of the many online converters. Personally I use
to do that sort of thing.
