I'm on the verge of committing to a very silly/scary cycling challenge and will definitely need a good plan to follow - looks like Training Peaks has some off the shelf that I can afford (sadly not enough cash for a coach).
The idea of being able to download a session from the plan to Zwift/Trainerroad to ride on a smart trainer seems mind blowing to me.
Does it work? Has anyone tried it?
I'm worried Training Peaks is way heavy duty for what I need, but I do think their plans might fit the bill.
Bump for the evning crew. Anyone?
What’s the challenge?
Why aren’t the plans which come with e.g Trainerroad suitable? They seem to cover a lot of different disciplines.
It's for a double century (imperial) and a bit.
Trainerroad is definitely in the mix - but also hoping to ride outside. And do some core work.
