Just tyre kicking for your experience.

They sent me a lockring via DHL but instead of 3-4 days, DHL have said 2 weeks.

Should of waited for the British lol.

Random.
Usually with my orders it's a randomly long wait and you wonder if there's anyone actually processing the orders, and then it gets delivered next day after they do process it and DHL collect.

PS loads of German public holidays this month (like 5). Don't expect immediate response on orders, or on enquiries.

PPS I use bike-components.de if I need anything urgently. Mostly same price as bike24, but faster shipping.

A lockring for what? Maybe you could borrow one and replace it with the new one when it arrives?

Edit: Or did you mean cockring? Not sure I'd borrow one of those!

Lol ^^^

No it's a Lock ring for an oversized axel.

An oversized c-ring? I'd be be making rude movies and living in Calfornia.

They posted on Monday and DHL tracker is stating its in Germany still.

Was hoping to finish my bike build by 2017 ACE.

Update: good customer service but abysmal delivery wait.

Order if you can't get a part in the U.K.

Prices.

Don't expect fast delivery!

Think 3-4 working days is my usual DHL experience.

Well I received it yesterday so it took 9 days.

To be fair they were cheaper by 3/4 of the U.K. and actually had it in stock.

I will order from them again if I'm not in a hurry but would rather support British bike shops if they didn't charge £20 when German shops charge £5.
