Evening...
I am in a bit of a state physically but want to get back to a decent level of fitness. Whilst the bike is great (except for the state of the local trails) I want to try something different. I can't run due to plantar faciitis (sp?), lifting weights/ gym work is out due to a nackered wrist/shoulder/neck, knees are also bad... so what would people suggest for a good all round low impact workout? I don't fancy walking as I do it for a living! And yes the knackers yard has been suggested by mrsvader 😀

Cheers

Pilates if you're weak, yoga if you're not very bendy.

I love swimming but the local pool always, without fail, makes me I'll. Might look into outdoors swimming tho, and paddle boarding... I am secretly trying to save for a sot fishing kayak too..
