What time lag is there between exercise & diet and actually losing weight?
I am working on losing 4 stone over a few months so have cut down the booze, moderated the food and increased the exercise. There has been a nice stead weight reduction running at about 2-3 pounds a week.
This week has been the normal eat, drink, swim 1km a day routine but I had a slight relapse yesterday and drank a bottle of wine while in the hot tub and then 6 Duvals with and entire crispy duck with pancakes. It was lovely.
This morning I weight 2lbs less that yesterday!
Have i discovered the Crispy Duck and Duval diet or is there something else going on?
