WD40 i like, gearbox oil I hate. The stuff I put in my van over the weekend was particularly puke inducing.

Love: freshly grilled bacon

Hate: Dead rat under your floorboards

Good: The 10 minutes after a shower of rain in the summer

Bad: Any air freshener spray or hanging scented thing

Good: Bonfires,BBQ's and babys, though not all in the same place at the same time.

Bad: Kettle Descaler, Peanut Butter, Anything tobacco related.

Good: Autoglym leather care and interior cleaner, my farts
Bad: Someone else's farts

Might be over thinking this but imagine you could trick someome into thinking they were smelling their own fart when in fact they were smelling someone else's. Would they still enjoy it?

Good: My Border Collie girl's feet when shes been sleeping
Bad: Her neuclear parp farts

Good: The smell of Hot bitumen,reminds me of my childhood.
Bad:Tomato Ketchup,makes me retch.

Good: Napalm (especially first thing in the morning)
Bad: Stuff with vinegar in it.

Bare in mind that I work in a lab.

The former smells like pear drops the latter like something died.

Good: Morning after rain.

Good - The smell the Gaggia has when it hits just the right temp.....

Good - old diesel cars/vans, reminds me of ice cream.
Bad - Decomposing deer or badgers.

Her feet smell like Doritos, or Digestive biscuits when she's been asleep. When she's not been asleep, there's no smell - except a faint whiff of dirt.

Good: crushed quartz, squidgy black, air after a short shower, hay, solder.

Bad: dredging, soap bar, fried kidneys, cat or dog breath.

Good - casserole cooking especially coming into the house after a cold MTB ride
Bad - the Lynx miasma that toxically crawls downstairs as my teenage son gets dressed

Some women in my office like to occasionally spray themselves with some soft of chemically produced 'body spray' in the office, makes me gag. Thinking of sending an email round to ask everyone to spray themselves in the bog rather than at their desk, how would they feel if I farted at my desk? some women seem obsessed with cleaniness and smelling of something, isn't it enough not to smell of anything?

Bad: Poisoned rat under the floor in my office, farmer spreading slurry in fields ALL AROUND MY HOUSE, smell of sick and diesel fumes combined on a rough ferry crossing.

We have a couple like that.We decided to fight back with the great smell of Brut.

Good - the smells of the woods as you ride through on a damp day
Bad - the diesel fumes coming out of passing cars

Bad:Finding mouldy food in a pan, having to take the lid off and scrape it out into the bin!

Great: Racing cars bikes etc, steam engines, old aeroplanes, door open at 1200ft over freshly cut fields, land rovers, new tyres, fresh bread, fresh coffee, fresh trails, edge of a clean sea, just below some Rapids when kayaking, kippers on an open fire (almost all fish on an open fire), fresh garlic underfoot when trail running. Most early mornings!

Bad: dead (rotting )things, burnt flesh hair etc. Running/biking on main roads. Most cities

My childrens skin when they have been in the sun with sun cream on.
My daughters hair when she uses Coconut shampoo 🙂

Good: the smell of Autumn in the woods (I really missed this when I lived in Oz)
Bad: yesterday's booze on someone's breath ('n' fags, even worse)

Good: The first pot of coffee from the stovetop espresso maker, followed by the smell of toast

Bad: Eggy farts from the vile beast that is my eat-everything-in-the-undergrowth Springer Spaniel, constant bloody air freshener things distributed around the house by my wife. Admittedly they are marginally better than Ted's stinky emissions, but on their own, they are awful.

Those are the daily ones. GT85 is a bit of an acquired scent though. I had some on my fingers from doing some work on the van yesterday and got some on my 'tache. Kept smelling it all yesterday evening. Wasn't too unpleasant I guess.

Good: new carpet, clean babies.
Bad: cauliflower cooking, rotting roadkill

Good - and not around anymore - 4 star petrol.

Bad - eggs, make me feel sick

Proper old 4 star was awesome. Unleaded is horrible. Mind you, modern diesel is bad as well.

Good- fresh air, fresh bread, laundrettes, lovely ladies.
Bad - road fumes, bad breath, tramps,

B - air from the vent round the back of any takeaway or pub kitchen
BB - pub toilets in the morning

Good - fish and chip shop
Bad - blocked drain

Good : Castrol R , Roast Chestnuts, Southern Comfort

Bad : Diesel Exhaust , Bleach, Skydrol ( Aircraft Hydraulic fluid)
