Inspected a business property today in connection with my job, first room seemed a fairly untidy looking social area, next room was described as the "wardrobe" room, full of fancy looking dresses and wigs, the owner of the business leads me to the last door and says "This is the Dungeon Room"

A very nicely equipped, custom designed S&M photo studio. Apparently it's in constant demand and is keeping the rest of the business afloat.
I didn't dare ask what some of the implements were for.
Was chatting to a surveyor at a property later and we were discussing how our day was going, so I mentioned the Dungeon Room to him, without giving away any names or locations.
Apparently one of the buildings his company manages is one of Britains biggest swingers clubs, where they have apparently - so he said he had been told - recently installed a car so that customers can go dogging without getting cold and wet.
Is that the dogging equivalent of a turbo trainer?

I used to work for a small London based company who were based upstairs from a lovely couple of chaps who made specialist clothing for use in studios like that. Was always eye opening when one stopped by for a chat!
