Anyone watched 'Escape' on Ch4?
A group of 5 engineers attempt to escape from hostile environment 'crash sites' with whatever they can bodge together in 6 days.
A little contrived with obvious staged problems that have to be overcome but in the absence of Lisa Rogers and Cornish proper jobbers still worth watching
I wasn't going to watch because I thought it would be over staged and faked much like all the other C4 survival shows but we knew someone in episode 1 so gave it a chance. Quite interesting. Ant is a bit annoying, seems to have his own agenda, and some of the characterisations of the engineers are a bit forced (as is the jeopardy) but it's ok.
It gets better after episode 1, episode 3 is grim from the 10minutes I've watched so far.
Watched most of episode 1 but found it too staged.
The one with the Dakar legend is good - she makes them all look like a bunch of pansies
