Just done 3 hilly hours on the road bike and I have that fantastic sore leg feeling, like they've been stung all over and hurt lots going up the stairs. Love it. Will I die?

I have sore legs because of an afternoon session with misstress whiplash. Does that count.?

What, I'm proud of riding a bike for a while? In this elevated company?

I have one knackered leg, it's completely ruined. The other is fine.

It's great isn't it! I did 43 miles with a roadie club this morning, first time out on club run in about 8 years! Really enjoyed it, something different. Cannoc Chase tomorrow I feel by end of weekend legs will be mullered!

How does a leg come to look like that? Have you been abusing yourself with a JCB? That's mental. Make it go away.

That's what happens when you **** up on some northshore!

Looks grim. I'm sure it'll be fine, a bit of (4 litres) arnica cream and some nice frozen peas.

That's why I stick to south shore.

TSY what did you do, fall off the side of a skinny or something? Looks painful 🙁

I just had a nice local off road on my ss rigid bike and my legs are a bit achey. Could do with a bit of suspension on the fork even for east midlands bridleways, but the SS made it surprisingly fun considering it's my first off road ride since getting back from Canada 🙂

Tom - just completely cocked up a gap drop and caught my knee just above the pad on the end of the ladder.

Darcy - There are more pictures, with extra buttock in them, if you're interested?

Yes please TSY. By text please. One every ten minutes for the next hour. I'll be enjoyably sore by the sixth.

Just been for a 10k run for the first time in ages, and also have that wonderful achey feeling. Non fitnessy type people just don't understand when you try to explain...

Yeah was out for 5hrs today round Hayfield and Mellor and then riding back to Manchester.

My legs definitely know they've been used today.
