Apologies if there is an ongoing thread about this, I couldn't see one.
So our company employees were always office based until last march when the virus struck we adjusted to ensure that they could work from home.
The team have been productive and overall have produced very good results, however some areas have slipped.
The working from home was never meant to be a permanent change and this was communicated on more than one occasion. We recently asked employees to come back into the office 1 day per week starting from July the 1st (assuming that things go to plan).
The idea was that we could obviously have some face to face time, in house training, and work on areas that have slipped. The office is a safe environment and is set up to allow social distancing, on communicating the above there has been uproar with a couple of employees flat out refusing to come in.
Is anyone in a similar situation? Any advice appreciated.
