Anyone have an idea how to actually contact them? I ordered some a while back but missing two singles. Their online chat option doesn't show on the screen like its meant to (tried three browsers on PC and two on my phone), the online form sends but no reply and there doesn't seem to be a phone number so no way to actually speak to anyone.
Really need these for Thursday or Friday at the very latest.
Help me STW you're my only hope
Are they on social media?
Looks like it might be email only. https://www.emma-sleep.co.uk/contacts/pre-delivery/
They are on social media but I'm not (no I don't count forums!) The Mrs is though. I've read that some have had success with Facebook messenger so she can give it a go when she gets home. Had a look at trustpilot and it doesn't look good for this past while :/
Get a refund on your credit card and go buy a proper mattress from a local bed shop. My Emma mattress was the worst thing I've ever slept on, and I've slept on quite a lot of things.
+1 for not getting one. I work in the industry and bought one at trade - it's crap, the Simba we had before was also crap.
Get an old school one with pocket springs
+ another 1 for go to a mattress shop and lie on a few. Chose the best one and have it delivered.
We bought an Emma in some January sale or other. It was awful and we returned it less than a week later.
For balance.....ours is by far the best mattress I've ever slept on.
They are nice and soft / squishy but offer no support whatsoever. During the recent warm weather I've been sleeping downstairs on a rock hard slab of a futon and had a better sleep

Vaguely on topic as I ended up looking at the weekend, any opinion on Harrison (and or vesta)?
Worth the expense or over branded and prices?
Surprised to see so many don't like the emma's, I love ours, it's lost shape and has our delves imprinted in it but it fixed my neck and shoulder issues and it's like laying on a big soft pillow, good for weight distribution too no longer seem to have pressure points so is the closest thing in comfort I've found to sleeping in a bushcraft hammock, I used to go hammock and tarp camping just for evenly distributed weight for a good nights sleep, the fire and feeling manly was just a good byproduct, haven't been for a good while since getting our emma mattress.
Suppose its horses for courses though really, I like a really soft bed.
And a bit more balance, I sleep better than I ever have done since getting ours a couple of years ago.
+1 for Emma. Way better than the £000s, pocket-sprung, supposedly laahhh-de-dahhhh one it replaced ever was. And, if you don’t agree, you can hoik it back to them for free.
Well there's a 200 day period where you can return them so will give them a go and see how they are before I cancel without even trying them.
The Mrs managed to get a reply with Facebook messenger but it's just some generic shite she's off to try again.

Sorry I'm in the polyurethane industry not bedding

Yeah, ours developed serious divots and basically collapsed after about a year. Emma were completely uninterested in fixing the issue. I've previously had a pocket sprung mattress (that I could rotate and flip) last me 10 years.

Well I only want them for transporting the bodies
Bought one cheap a while ago. I thought it was ok but my wife hated it and we took it back after a few nights. I think good quality pocket sprung is better.
I have the pillow which I really rate
Tried Emma and Simba a few years back. The multiple foam stuff wasn't great. I ended up with Sleeping Duck, which was a very nice pocket sprung and multi-layer foam. Sadly the pandemic killed off their European business and they only warranty existing ones.
Slightly related but Bonnell (pocket spring) machines are fascinating to watch in operation
