Romster; in the YouTube page, just underneath the video window, there is a button marked 'Share'. If you click on that, it opens a little bar with the correct embed code.
For your video, it's:
So, you copy and paste that bit, then highlight it in the STW post box, then click on the 'video' button.
So it should then look something like this:
