Doesn't seem to be any network connection here in deepest, darkest Hampshire. Anyone else on EE? Work phone is Vodafone, and is fine and dandy.

Phone their customer service, I dare you. It's not just the incredibly bad english and inability to understand my flawless and beautiful scottish pronounciation, I can deal with that, it's the goldfish memory and schizophrenia.
