Editing pics with AI.... how?

I want to create a health "vision board" kind of thing, basically some pictures of myself in the future, estimating what I will look like say at 70 years old (I am currently 55) mainly in good health and athletic, and maybe a few alternatives not so good. I want to create quite a few pictures to use them as random desktop wallpaper, print some out and stick them on the fridge, bathroom mirror etc

The idea is to give me something to anchor my behaviours in the present to what the future outcomes will create. I looked at some apps on my phone, but it is hard to actually see if they will do what I want without signing up for subscriptions, and the descriptions seem to be more for instagram users just ageing themselves for shits and giggles and seem to be more based on enhancing looks with specific presets rather than being able to guide them to more customised requirements.

So does anyone know how I can do this, what AI picture editor could I use for my aims that is free or not  that expensive? as I only see doing this as a one off, I don't seer me needing an annual subscription. And what kind of prompts would I use to generate these images?

I'd recommend as a starting point getting the FaceApp on your phone. I aged myself, then aged the result and it's now my FB profile pic. It's nasty.

I just asked the ChatGPT app on my phone "Can you make a photo look unhealthy and old?" and it syaid Yep, upload and I'll get to work. Once it's done it, save the pic and then say "Can you make it fatter" etc. and it'll do that... That help?

Not much help to OP's question but I find MS Copilot and Google Gemini much quicker than ChatGPT at editing images.

That being said, I've only really used them for things like changing furniture or to show me what part of my garden would look like with a patio rather than grass. My gf has used them to make photos look old-timey with great success though (as in the style of the photo, as opposed to the people).

Not knowing what you actually look like, I wouldn't have guessed that AI unless you'd said!

Have you thought of getting a DeLorean and a flux capacitor instead?

It's pretty good! open and zoom in and the only way to tell its not a photo is the helmet strap is a bit weird. I don't mind if I look like that at 80odd 😀
