Managed to take some go-pro footage that was upside down, tried to import into imovie so I could 'flip it' but it wouldn't allow me to import as it's MP4 apparently. Anyone please know how to do this or if there is something I can download to do said task? Apologies if obvious but bit of a numpty when it comes to these things!

File > Import > Movies > Choose your selected MP4 file - should be able to?

Hover mouse over clip imported into project, click on the little settings button at start of clip > Cropping and Rotation > Click right/left in the preview part of the window.

That makes sense when I type it but can't promise you'll understand what I mean! Give us a shout if not and I'll take a couple of pictures.
