I've used a chap called Graham Higgs for two family bathrooms at our place. He did a brilliant job and was very competitive on price.
We got him out recently to a boiler problem which he sorted without needing to replace the whole unit (a couple of others both recommended immediate replacement whereas Graham said we'd 2-3 years more service out of it before it needed to go).
