We’ve been discussing utility bills at work and it caused me to look at my last bill. It looks to me like they’ve deducted the government subsidy from my payments? That's not right, surely?

Why wouldn't they have taken it off?
My electric is on PAYG so every month for 6 months a £67 credit appeared on the meter.
That wasn't how it worked with EDF. They refunded the £67 from the gov every month but it looks like they actually took it from my DD payments.
Never mind, now I'm not looking at it on a cracked phone scheme I think I can see what they've done.
SP showed it as a Debit and credit on my bills as they credited the £67 to my bank. I keep a regular eye (monthly) on my use as the price of units is crazy these days.
Thanks for the timely reminder to leave EDF, seems they ‘forgot’ to do my summer bill.
