Basically I'm after a high-quality t-shirt printer to do a few short runs, keeping things as environmentally friendly as possible. Tees need to be decent quality and eco/ethical-friendliness needs to cover everything from shirt manufacture to transport miles and print production.

Desirable - but not essential - is some more 'interesting' t-shirts than the basic cotton reg fit and wicking/breathable clothing (suitable for a short rides/running/skating etc. - bamboo and merino is what springs to mind here).

I have a few options already, but keen to see what the STW massive have up their collective sleeve.

Please hit me with your ideas and recommendations.

Rapanui

Cheers - on my list already as they're based just down the road.

Had a few direct and indirect dealings with them with mixed results, hence seeing if anyone else comes recommended. Always good to see what else there is out there too.

The Howies print shop does bespoke runs, but I suspect they're on the pricy side...

Strike bamboo off your list for pretty much all the qualities you're looking for.

18 bikes print their own. Speak to Si, he may be able to do something.

Great - thanks. Will check.

Worth knowing. Ta.

Yessss... But they currently sit quite high on my list as they do both merino and euro-made tees (Rapanui's are Chinese - I know that factory that makes them).

One assumes not this mag then? 😉

Not really, but thanks.

Thursday Shirts

I imagine they print on ethical tees they source from elsewhere. Worth looking into to see what their print quality is like, but there other printers a little closer to home!

Didn't know that - thanks.

Many thanks all for suggestions.
