Just heard the commentary on these on the ‘better offline’ podcast about CES.
I can see the development of such technology being a huge help for people with limited mobility, allowing much more accessibility to buildings and the outdoors than wheelchairs. Full-body exoskeletons could also help quadriplegic people to be able to walk and access more facilities in the future.
They seem to be quite spendy, could you combine them with an ebike for extra power?
I remember seeing tech like this demo'd at DSEi 12 years ago. Struck me as interesting, useful IF they could make it small/light enough to not be more of a hassle than a use.
