What do I get.... zero feedback Czech guy wanting me to post to a random non Paypal listed address because his GF had moved - he could not even spell the original address. Is this more common now?

If he has your details, is that because you didn't reject his bid before the end of the auction?
Did you block overseas bids just by stating that in the listing, or did you put it in your buyer requirements?
