30 days ago I bought an rp23 kashima shock from china for £137. It's plush beyond belief but the propedal switch doesn't do anything.
I've contacted the seller who said return it for a refund or swap.
Obviously if I return it I will send it super insured so they can't say it didn't turn up.
If they say they've sent me out a new one and one doesn't turn up within 45 days after the original purchase am I stuffed?
I can get the shock fixed now for £80 which still leaves me with a cheap shock or I can ride it as is through the winter and get it fixed as part of a service next year.
Ps the seller isn't listing my shock in their bits for sale.
If super insured postage is going to be £40 I'd go for the getting it fixed here option.
Ask for a part refund,as item wasn't as described if the seller won't do it do through eBay.
